Our team, led by Paul, has expertise in all size repairs. Paul spent the early part of his career working in some of Melbourne’s largest panel repair facilities, including insurance company run facilities. Before moving to Portland, Paul also spent time painting in an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) facility painting parts for all the major Australian car manufacturers. With this background, our team has an understanding of how to repair cars to the highest possible standards.
Guarantee
We guarantee all our repairs for life on parts and labour and paint repairs for life. Rust repairs are excluded due to their nature.
Training
Our highly qualified staff are continually undergoing training in all facets of the repair process. We work closely with paint companies and our suppliers to make sure we are using the best process for every repair. We believe so highly in training we have a technical adviser visit weekly to monitor and train our technicians on techniques and application of paints. This helps ensure quality is keep at the highest standards constantly.
Periodically our staff also attend exhibitions and trade shows specializing in the collision repair industry. This enables us to stay abreast of any new technologies and products that will enhance our repair process to your vehicle.
Our Administrative and Customer Service staff also periodically attends separate training events in order to develop and improve skills to better their knowledge of our industry, ultimately serving you better.

As an accredited member of the Victorian Automobile Chamber of Commerce we are kept up to date with the latest processes in our industry and through this association we are part of the process in improving the standards throughout the industry to make sure your vehicle is repaired to the safest possible standard.

We have a fleet of loan vehicles to keep you moving while we are repairing your car to help you continue on with your day to day life.
Fast turnaround
We pride ourselves on fast turnaround, keeping the inconvenience of an accident to a minimum. Our team understands that it isn’t good enough just to repair a vehicle to the highest standard, if the customer is left without a vehicle for an unnecessarily long period of time.
Single day repair
At BBR we employ the latest of technology which allows us to do a lot of one-or- two panel repairs inside a single day. This means that you can drop the car off on your way to work and pick it up on your way home – all repaired and back to looking its best.
